Our new office and parking
Hi!
This is for patients both returning and new. We warmly welcome you to our new space! It’ll take a bit to get just right, but we’re excited about what it will offer for everyone.
There’s a few logistics to go over regarding parking. We’ll go over these in this post to help it feel as easy as possible. Read below for details about our office, including pictures for those who do well with visual instructions.
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to serving you at this new space!
*** Please call or text at 423.646.7384 with any questions ***

Parking
There are three options for parking at our office:
- Street Parking is free for 2 hours. It is often available, in every direction around our office
- There is one handicapped spot directly in front of the building on Main St
- We have reserved parking in the rear of the building.
- Head West on Summer St (towards the post office)
- It is directly behind the building
- The spots reserved for us are 41-46, 56-57, 74
- See the photo below. You’d turn on the 3rd entrance to the lot (past the 3rd tree!)
- You’ll need a temporary parking pass from us to park. It is located in a lockbox attached to the back of the building. Enter the code “7229” to get a pass and place it on your window shield. We ask that you return it after usage.
*** If you are mobility challenged, we gladly will come get you in a wheelchair for your appointment ***
